I offer a variety of research services, from developing research projects to gathering data. My passion lies in qualitative research, where I focus on capturing meaningful stories and using coding along with thematic analysis to present the findings in a way that's easy to understand.

I offer project management by developing processes and pathways that make successful project completion achievable. As someone with Autism and ADHD, I plan and manage projects with great intention. My aim is to support other neurodivergent leaders, helping them feel confident and believe in their self-efficacy at work.

I have more than ten years of experience developing and implementing curricula in K-20 classroom environments. My specialty lies in designing curricula grounded in Black Feminism.
